What is ATA?
Mission Statement
The mission of the Asheville Theater Alliance is to unite, promote, strengthen, cultivate, and celebrate the performing arts in Western North Carolina. We advocate for the local theater community by developing innovative, collaborative, and engaging services and programs for member theaters and their diverse audiences. Asheville Theater Alliance promotes the arts to ensure a safe, vibrant, and economically healthy theater community in and around Asheville.

ATA values integrity, respect, diversity, transparency, and the proliferation of art in all areas of daily life.

The Asheville Theater Alliance pledges to follow these guidelines to foster equity, diversity, and inclusion.
