The Superhappy Trivia Challenge Returns for the “Gosh-the-Whole-World-has-Gone-to-$h!t” Edition!!!

Ahhh… 2015, when life was good, peace filled the air, and we sat at the cusp of a future filled with love and acceptance of others. That simpler time gave birth to Asheville’s premier comedy/improv/gameshow thingy, The Superhappy Trivia Challenge. Then, darkness befell the land, and the Trivia Challenge was no more….

Until now, that is! Yes, you read that right, The Trivia Challenge is coming back for one night only. Are you suffering from the winter blues, existential dread, or a general sense of ennui? You can be sure The Trivia Challenge has the cure for what ails you. 

If the world is going to collapse around us, we might as well have fun while it happens.

 This ain’t no bar trivia, this is a throw-back to the great panel shows of the 1970’s. Who knows? As he has in the past, the reanimated corpse of Richard Dawsom might make a surprise appearance. (Just kidding. We’re pretty sure his reanimated corpse is still chained to the bottom of Lake Lure.)

For this performance, the producers have assembled Jill Summers, Rodney Smith, Jason Williams, and Jeff “Gut Bucket” Catanese. Who will win? Who will lose? Who knows, but you’ll be rooting for them all by the end.
